Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach in clients' homes and community pools across your area. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and choose which clients to work with.

Earn $40–$70 per hour per lesson with payments processed within 24 hours. US-based, 18+, CPR/First Aid helpful; background check required; reliable transportation required. InstaSwim provides liability coverage and onboarding support.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US based with US work authorization.
• Professional and positive attitude with children and adults.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans.
• Clear a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexible hours.
