Job summary

InstaSwim is seeking professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients’ homes and community pools across the US. You control your schedule and get paid within 24 hours after each lesson.

Earn $40-$70 per hour with reimbursement for travel and general liability coverage through InstaSwim. Applicants must have at least 2 years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR/First Aid or willingness to obtain, and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation.
• US work authorization.
• Positive attitude with children and adults.
• Able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule swim lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to and from clients' pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style.
• Assess student's skills, monitor progress and adapt lessons to meet needs.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience for our students & clients.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
