Job summary

InstaSwim is hiring professional private swim instructors to teach lessons in clients' homes and community pools within your area. You set your own schedule, travel locally, and conduct private or small-group lessons. We supply clients, and you earn $40-$70 per hour.

Payments are processed within 24 hours after each lesson. InstaSwim provides general liability coverage, and a background check is covered. Requirements include at least 2 years of swim instruction, CPR/First Aid, US work

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of swim instruction experience.
• Must be 18+ and US-based with work authorization.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations.
• Ability to create personalized lesson plans and assess progress.

Responsibilities

• Conduct private (1-1) and small group swim lessons.
• Schedule lessons with flexibility.
• Travel safely to client pool locations.
• Create custom lesson plans tailored to each student.
• Assess skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons.
• Provide a fun, full and tracked learning experience.
• Ensure safety of the student at all times.
