SentraCam in Tempe, AZ is seeking an experienced installer/technician to install and service CCTV, surveillance, and access control systems. The role requires a professional electronics background and familiarity with test equipment.

You will travel to customer sites, troubleshoot issues, and document all work in our systems. We value proactive problem solvers with strong IP networking knowledge, the ability to read diagrams, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience installing and servicing physical security systems such as CCTV, access control, and related low-voltage gear.
• Strong understanding of IP networking, subnets, VLANS, gateways and IP addressing.
• Ability to pass background checks and obtain security clearances; clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Install and service CCTV, surveillance, and access control systems.
• Troubleshoot CCTV, cameras, and access control issues.
• Read and interpret building floor plans and diagrams.
• Document all work and milestones in specified systems.
