Job summary

SentraCam in Tempe, AZ is seeking a Field Service Technician to install and service CCTV, access control, and other low-voltage security systems. This role involves traveling to customer sites, coordinating with contractors, and documenting work progress.

You will troubleshoot network, DC power, and camera systems, train other technicians, and read floor plans. Candidates need 1+ years of experience and a valid AZ driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with installation and service of physical security systems (CCTV, access control)
• Proficiency with IP networking concepts (subnets, VLANS)
• Ability to read building plans and diagrams, and interpret technical drawings

Responsibilities

• Install and service CCTV, surveillance, access control, and low-voltage systems
• Troubleshoot CCTV cameras, access control, and network issues
• Install/terminate network and electrical cabling
• Travel to customer sites to perform installations and repairs
• Train other technicians in CCTV, surveillance, and access control
• Document all work and project progress in required systems
