Job summary

SentraCam in Denver, CO is seeking a Field Security Technician to install and service CCTV, access control, and related low-voltage systems. You will troubleshoot cameras and access systems, pull network cabling, and work with a team to ensure seamless operation.

The role requires travel to remote locations up to 75% and the ability to read floor plans, operate test equipment, and mentor junior techs. A background check and clean driving record are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of experience with the installation and service of physical security systems, Access Control, and CCTV.
• Familiarity with IP networking and basic electrical concepts.
• Ability to read and interpret building floor plans and diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Install and service CCTV, surveillance, access control, and other low-voltage systems.
• Troubleshoot CCTV, cameras, and access control systems.
• Pull indoor and outdoor network cabling and terminate various cabling.
• Install and repair fixed and mobile video surveillance systems.
• Travel to remote locations to provide services.
• Train other techs in CCTV, surveillance, and access control installations.
