Zusammenfassung

NextMed is hiring an OR support specialist to transport medical equipment to facilities, load and unload gear, and maintain compliance with HIPAA and safety policies.

You will assist the Urologist in identifying calculi and positioning patients for treatment, document case activities, and perform other duties as assigned. Requirements include a high school diploma and a passion for therapeutic patient care; operating room experience is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or educational equivalent.
• Passion for therapeutic patient care.
• Operating Room experience is a plus.
• Ability to push, pull and/or manipulate over 100 pounds of medical equipment.
• Strong communication with a variety of audiences.
• Complete required safety checks and background screenings.

SKILLS and RESPONSIBILITIES

• Transporting of medical equipment to various medical facilities to include loading and unloading of all pertinent equipment to perform the procedure
• Assist Urologist in the identification of calculi and accurately position patient for the treatment
• Document required case activities in accordance with company policies while adhering to HIPAA guidelines
• Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION

Education and experience may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended The hourly pay range is competitive for this position with a guarantee that your hours will always be a minimum of 40 hours per week

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or educational equivalent
• Passion for therapeutic patient care
• Operating Room experience a plus
• Ability to push pull andor manipulate over 100 pounds of medical equipment
• Strong communication skills in communication with a variety of audiences
• Successfully complete the following Department of Transportation physical Criminal background check Driver license check Drug test
