Job summary

SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a Territory Manager to deliver industrial hardware directly to customers across a defined geographic area. This field-based role relies on cold-calling, in-person visits, and a fully stocked mobile store to solve customer needs.

You must reside in the territory, maintain a clean driving record, and be able to procure a mobile store vehicle. A high school diploma and strong sales, CRM, and communications skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Outside industrial sales experience preferred.
• No relocation; reside in territory.
• Ability to purchase or lease a mobile store vehicle.
• Clean driving history.
• Physical ability to kneel and bend regularly.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by researching and cold/warm calling near existing customers.
• Present products using sample boards, demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain mobile store cleanliness, operation, marketing and functionality; submit daily reports.
• Ensure data integrity by updating customer contact information in company software.
