Job summary

Talent With Heart, a third-generation family-owned business known for delivering mobile industrial hardware since 1959, seeks a Territory Manager to bring our fully stocked mobile stores to a defined Wisconsin territory. You will prospect and sell, present solutions using samples and demos, and manage operations of your mobile store while maintaining data integrity in our systems.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially in route or industrial sales, is preferred.
• Must have a strong tenured background, no job hopping; max 3 companies in past 10 years.
• Excellent analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and sell by developing new sales prospects and calling on businesses near existing customers.
• Present products and services using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Maintain the cleanliness, operation, marketing, and functionality of your mobile store and submit daily reports.
• Maintain accurate customer information in company software.
