Job summary

RRC Solutions Group is seeking a Territory Manager in Lakeland, FL, to drive sales by bringing a fully stocked mobile store directly to customers across diverse sectors. The role requires you to reside within the territory and to maintain a vehicle for the mobile storefront.

Responsibilities include prospecting, presenting solutions via demos and the mobile store, managing daily operations, and ensuring data integrity in the company software.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Outside industrial sales experience, especially route/industrial sales, is preferred.
• Strong tenured background with minimal job hopping (max 3 companies in 10 years).
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, email, and common business applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prospect & Sell: develop new sales prospects near existing customers and make face-to-face calls.
• Present Solutions: demonstrate products using sample boards, product demos, and your mobile store.
• Manage Operations: keep the mobile store clean and functional; submit daily sales reports.
• Data Integrity: maintain accurate customer contact information in the company system.
