Job summary

Falberg STEM Academy LLC is seeking a STEM Instructor to travel to private New Jersey schools delivering pre-made, plug-and-play STEM presentations on 3D design and circuits. You’ll inspire students while the curriculum and gear are provided.

Expect a 5-day workweek (Monday–Friday, during school hours) with no lesson planning required; materials and equipment are supplied. A Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Engineering, Math, Science, etc.).
• Experience with kids through coaching, tutoring, camps, or teaching.
• Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license to travel to different schools 5 days a week.
• Team player with clear communication to hit program goals.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, plug-and-play STEM lessons and hands-on activities for students.
• Lead and manage classrooms of 15–25 students in various school sites.
• Collaborate with internal team and school staff to coordinate visits and schedules.
• Transport kit materials to school sites daily and keep equipment organized.
