Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation in Auburn, MA is seeking a Speech Therapist for mobile outpatient work in ALF/ILF and community settings. This full-time role (40 hours) may consider part-time 24 hours/week.

You will provide comprehensive speech-language pathology services across facilities, supervising CFYs and collaborating with the rehab team to meet patient goals. We offer a range of benefits and opportunities, including mentorship, continuing education, and visa/relocation support to qualified

Qualifications

• Valid Speech Language Pathologist license for state(s) of practice.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patient residences.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CFYs, students and support personnel per licensure requirements.
• Adhere to patient treatment schedules and complete documentation/billing.
• Attend patient care, staffing conferences and related meetings.
• Make referrals to other disciplines to address comprehensive patient needs.
• Collaborate with rehab team and physician to select appropriate therapy.
• Adapt plan of care according to patient needs and progress.
• Promote safe environment and address fire/safety hazards.
• Coordinate care in home and community with interdisciplinary team.
