Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation seeks a Speech Language Pathologist for mobile outpatient therapy in the Chicopee area. This part-time role (~15 hours/week) offers pay of USD 48.00–63.00 per treatment, with services delivered in-home and in community facilities.

You will provide outpatient rehab for older adults and collaborate with families and care teams, with mentorship, CEUs, visa sponsorship, and relocation support options as part of the benefits package.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Licensed or license-eligible as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of practice.
• Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation to patients' residences.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient rehab services in home or facility settings to older adults.
• Evaluate and treat speech-language disorders and swallowing disorders.
• Direct patient participation and collaborate with caregivers and clinicians to plan care.
• Supervise CFYs, students, and support personnel as required.
• Coordinate care with the rehab team and physician; document progress and outcomes.
• Perform reexaminations and adjust plans of care as needed.
