Job summary

JMC Enterprises in the Northeast invites you to join as Field Trainer for trailer-top snow and ice removal. Travel with a mobile team, train technicians, and demonstrate safety and process standards across storm-driven routes in 14 states.

You’ll lead by example, coach hands-on removal work, and develop training materials while supporting local and extended assignments during winter weather. A physically demanding, seasonal role with strong safety culture and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, coaching, or mentoring employees.
• Ability to teach hands-on snow removal processes safely.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on snow/ice removal work alongside technicians.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to develop skills.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and identify improvement areas.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Travel within service area for local and extended training.
