Job summary

JMC Enterprises is seeking a Field Trainer to lead hands-on snow and ice removal training across our service area in the Northeast. You will travel between training and field locations, coaching technicians, modeling safety practices, and ensuring service standards are met.

This seasonal/per diem role requires outdoor work in winter conditions, driving a company vehicle, and delivering effective training while supporting a growing team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a training, coaching, mentoring, or employee‑development role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to guiding a mobile team.
• Excellent communication and feedback abilities.
• Ability to lead in dynamic field environments and adapt training as needed.

Responsibilities

• Hands-On Leadership: perform the same snow/ice removal work as the technicians you train, modeling safety and standards.
• Coaching & Mentorship: observe performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluations & Improvement: assess progress and adjust training methods accordingly.
• Documentation: maintain training records and related documentation.
• Collaboration: coordinate with management on training needs and process improvements.
• Travel: travel across the service area to train and support teams.
