Job summary

JMC Enterprises is seeking a Field Trainer for Trailer-Top Snow & Ice Removal. You will guide technicians through safety protocols and hands-on removal tasks, leading by example in the field. This seasonal, per diem role involves traveling across 14 states, mentoring technicians, and ensuring documentation and safety standards are met.

Qualifications

Possess a valid driver’s license and clean DMV record.
Proven training, coaching, or mentoring experience, snow removal a plus.
Comfortable performing snow removal tasks and driving in winter conditions.
Strong communication and leadership to coach technicians in the field.

Responsibilities

Lead on-the-road training sessions for 1–3 technicians, covering safety and service techniques.
Document training outcomes, photos, and records accurately.
Model safety best practices and supervise in the field.
Travel across 14 states to various training locations.
