Job summary

JMC Enterprises seeks a Field Trainer to lead hands-on snow and ice removal training across the Northeast and beyond. You will travel between sites, coach technicians in safety procedures, equipment use, and service standards while performing in-the-field duties alongside the crew.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and a passion for safety and training, with flexible hours during winter weather and travel across multiple states.

Qualifications

• Seasonal/per diem, weather-dependent position.
• Must be comfortable working outdoors in cold winter conditions.
• Must have a valid driver's license and DMV driving record check; CDL is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on snow/ice removal work alongside technicians.
• Provide clear, constructive coaching to improve skills and performance.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and report needs for program improvements.
