Job summary

JMC Enterprises is seeking a Field Trainer for seasonal work focused on training snow and ice removal for tractors trailers. You will travel with a mobile team, lead by example in hands-on work, and coach technicians on safety, equipment use, and service standards.

The role requires adaptable scheduling, weather-dependent shifts, and a commitment to safety, with opportunities to grow into higher training levels across 14 Northeastern states.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, coaching, or employee development.
• Ability to teach hands-on processes and adapt to learners.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, verbal and written skills.
• Willingness to lead by example and travel as needed.
• Safety-focused with the ability to manage field teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on snow/ice removal work alongside technicians.
• Coach, mentor, and provide constructive feedback.
• Evaluate training progress and suggest improvements.
• Maintain training records and documentation in systems.
• Collaborate with management to identify training needs.
• Travel within the service area for local and extended training.
