FOX Rehabilitation seeks a licensed Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-home and senior living care in Mobile, AL. You will assess, treat, and document plans of care, balancing autonomy with clinically evidence-based practice.

Flexibility to create your own schedule, plus optional telehealth, supports aging in place and meaningful patient relationships across communities FOX serves in the region.

Competenze

• Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC) is required or eligible.
• Valid SLP license in the state(s) of practice.
• Basic computer and EMR proficiency.
• Current CPR certification.

Mansioni

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Perform evaluations, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions supporting wellness, longevity, mobility, and independence.
• Document effectively in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists.
• Educate patients, caregivers, and staff to promote safety and aging in place.
• Provide telehealth / virtual care when appropriate.

Formazione

Degree from an accredited Speech Language Pathology program

Certificate of Clinical Competence (ASHA CCC)

Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the state(s) of practice
