Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is hiring a Speech Language Pathologist to deliver one-on-one care in clients' homes and senior living communities in Mobile, AL. This role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful patient outcomes within the Geriatric House Calls model.

Physically capable of home visits with optional telehealth/virtual care, you will work with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety, function, and aging in place for older adults.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist in the state(s) of practice or eligible to obtain licensure.
• Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program; CCC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one Speech Language Pathology to older adults in homes or senior living settings.
• Develop individualized plans of care and deliver evidence-based treatment.
• Deliver therapy sessions to support mobility, independence, and functional goals.
• Document care effectively in FOX’s EMR system per regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists to coordinate care.
