Overview:

ACS is seeking a dependable, bilingual (Spanish/English) Mobile Site Supervisor to oversee janitorial and porter operations across multiple properties. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in clean, well-maintained environments and has strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise janitorial and porter teams at various multifamily communities
• Travel between sites to ensure service quality and coverage
• Provide on-site training and support to staff as needed
• Communicate effectively with property management and ACS leadership
• Ensure scheduling, supply needs, and staffing plans are executed
• Step in to assist with cleaning or porter tasks in emergencies or coverage gaps
• Maintain accurate reporting and provide feedback for operational improvements

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Must be bilingual – fluent in both Spanish and English
• Prior supervisory experience in janitorial, porter, or facility services preferred
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time across multiple sites, and stay organized
