Qualifications

• Knowledge of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, and related systems.
• Experience with CMMS and BAS (e.g., Metasys).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal facility performance.
• Ensure smooth operation, maintenance, and safety of a facility with a safety-focused mindset.
• Provide support for preventive and corrective maintenance on electronic and pneumatic controls.
• Monitor cleanliness and upkeep of facility areas and equipment.
• Assist with training of junior personnel and respond to emergencies.
• Provide customer service to staff and patients on campus.
• Respond to critical alarms and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders; report status after incidents.
• Maintain attendance and adapt to changing priorities.
