Job summary

United Site Services is seeking a Service Technician to operate a service truck, service portable toilets, and ensure customer satisfaction across multiple locations. This role emphasizes safety, reliable service delivery, and adherence to DOT requirements. A valid license and driving experience are essential.

You will work full-time with benefits, contributing to our goal of delivering dependable site services and maintaining customer trust through proactive communication and efficient routing.

Qualifications

Two years of commercial driving experience.
Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
Excellent time management and customer service.
Strong problem-solving and decision making.

Responsibilities

Drive the service truck and visit customer sites to service portable toilets and holding tanks.
Perform all service tasks safely in accordance with USS and DOT standards.
Interact with customers to ensure services meet their expectations and document needs.
Communicate routing feedback to Operations to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Adapt routes as needed to accommodate customer requirements and schedule changes.
