Job summary

United Site Services, a leader in site services, is seeking a Service Technician in Florida. The role involves operating a service truck, servicing portable restrooms and holding tanks, and ensuring safety per USS and DOT standards.

You will interact with customers on site to confirm service quality and adjust routes as needed for efficiency and client satisfaction. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of commercial driving experience, a valid license (CDL or non-commercial), and strong time

Qualifications

Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
Valid Driver License (CDL or non-commercial).
Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

Operate a company service truck and drive to locations to service/pump/clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
Perform service duties safely, adhering to USS and DOT standards to prevent injuries.
Handle lifting/pushing up to 40 lbs and frequent assisting with physical tasks.
Provide excellent customer service while on site to ensure services meet client standards and expectations.
Adjust routes as needed and relay feedback to optimize efficiency and service quality.
Discuss customer toilet needs to plan for current and future requirements.
