Job summary

United Site Services in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Service Technician to operate a company service truck and drive to customer locations to service, pump, clean portable restrooms and holding tanks. This role is the heart of our business.

Essential duties include completing routes safely and efficiently, performing tasks within USS and DOT safety standards, lifting 50–150 lbs, ensuring the 8-point service standard is met, and delivering friendly, professional customer service on site.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of commercial driving experience.
• Valid CDL.
• Excellent time management, customer service and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision making skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate a service truck and drive to customer locations to service, pump, and clean portable restrooms and holding tanks.
• Perform all work in a safe manner in accordance with USS and DOT safety standards.
• Lift/push 50–150 lbs frequently during shifts.
• Service portable toilets to USS 8-point standard.
• Interact with customers on-site to ensure services meet their expectations.
• Be flexible to adjust routes to meet customer needs.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations for efficiency and service quality.
• Plan for current and future customer needs.
