Job summary

Lithia Ford of Missoula is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to perform on-site maintenance and light repairs at customer locations, including oil changes, battery replacements, tire services, and inspections. You will diagnose basic mechanical issues, support warranty recalls remotely where possible, and deliver a top-tier customer experience while keeping the mobile service vehicle clean and organized.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on automotive experience (lube tech or light repair preferred).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability.
• Customer-focused mindset; acts as the face of the dealership in the field.
• Valid driver’s license in your state with an acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform mobile maintenance and light repairs at customer locations.
• Handle oil changes, battery replacements, tire services, and inspections.
• Diagnose basic mechanical issues and provide efficient solutions.
• Perform warranty recalls remotely when applicable.
• Deliver top-tier customer experience in the field.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked mobile service vehicle.
