Job summary

Arundel Ford is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to join our expanding team. The role involves traveling in the Mobile Service van to customer workplaces and homes to perform basic service needs and recalls, while upholding exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Valid driver's license.
• ASE/Manufacturer Ford certifications desirable but not mandatory.
• Service Technician experience preferred.
• Strong use of tablets and other devices.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty.
• Engage with customers each day and represent the dealership.
• Organize and prepare for the day’s appointments.
• Perform vehicle repairs and/or maintenance work as outlined on repair order.
• Communicate with Parts Department and Service Advisors regularly to effectively manage production and customer communication.
• Accurately document vehicle repairs/work performed on the repair order.
• Stay informed of Ford technical bulletins and complete required training.
• Able to work occasionally in challenging weather conditions.
• Able to drive and maintain a company vehicle responsibly.
