Job Description

MSX International is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Operations Specialists/Launch Trainers. You will play a crucial role in delivering, installing, and sustaining the Ford/MSX International Mobile Service Program to improve dealership performance and drive growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Be the subject matter expert and primary contact for all Mobile Service-related matters for your assigned dealers.
  2. Understand Mobile Service vehicle functions and train technicians on their features.
  3. Facilitate kick-off and strategic planning sessions with dealers to create success plans.
  4. Ensure dealers are ready to launch vans promptly.
  5. Conduct launch events, aligning on goals and training technicians.
  6. Plan and execute onsite sustainment meetings for business development.
  7. Develop action plans to exceed program goals, focusing on service processes.
  8. Share best practices and success drivers with dealers.
  9. Monitor and motivate dealership Mobile Service personnel to ensure excellent customer experiences.
  10. Create visit summaries and action plans for stakeholders.
Qualifications

Qualified candidates should be highly motivated, with excellent customer relationship, communication, and facilitation skills, and comfortable working in the field with minimal supervision. Requirements include:

  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Willingness to travel daily.
  • Ability to adapt to different locations and audiences.
  • Experience with OEM dealer contacts is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage territories or regions.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to analyze data and establish action plans.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and access mobile service vans.
  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Ability to influence and train service personnel.
Additional Information
  • 85% travel weekly, including overnight stays.
  • Remote work capability.
