• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on service status.
• Collaborate closely with service technicians and management to maintain smooth workflow and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain detailed records of service appointments, customer interactions, and technician assignments.
• Track and report on service metrics to help improve operational efficiency.
