Long-Lewis Auto Group in Cullman, AL, is seeking a Mobile Service Manager to lead our Mobile Service Team, including Onsite Coordinators, Advisors, and Technicians. This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, high energy, and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced dealership environment.

You will oversee communication between the team and customers, set realistic expectations, monitor repair progress, and ensure the department runs efficiently and professionally.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum of two years of dealership or large facility service experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Ford Mobile Service Structure is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and a professional appearance.

• Supervise and guide the Mobile Service Team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication between the team and customers throughout the service process.
• Listen to customer and advisor feedback to fully assess needs and manage service expectations.
