Job summary

The Mobile Service Appointment Coordinator at BROWN is responsible for generating and scheduling mobile service appointments through outbound calls to dealership leads, existing guests, and prospective customers. You will help grow the Mobile Service department with excellent communication, follow-up, and appointment-setting support.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, customer-focused, and comfortable making outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to qualified clients to secure appointments.
• Schedule mobile service appointments based on customer needs and department availability.
• Explain the benefits and convenience of mobile service to guests.
• Follow up with unscheduled leads and missed opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and customer interactions.
• Coordinate with the Mobile Service team to ensure appointments are properly scheduled and communicated.
• Provide professional and positive customer experience during every interaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly appointment settings and performance goals.
• Assist with organizing daily call lists, lead tracking, and follow-up schedules.
• Support department growth through consistent communication and lead management.
