Job summary

DK Security, Inc. is seeking Flex Security Officers in the Southfield, MI area to protect client sites across metro Detroit.

The role requires daily travel to different locations and offers a path in a growing security company with opportunities for development. This is a part-time position with a day shift framework; compensation is $21.40 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, life insurance, group accident coverage, short-term disability, identity theft protection and Earned Sick

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or GED.
• Able to pass a drug screening at time of hire and randomly thereafter.
• No felonies per Michigan statute.
• Able to sit, stand, and walk 8-12 hours; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Protect site buildings, grounds, assets, employees and visitors.
• Conduct foot and vehicle patrols across sites in metro Detroit.
• Control access to sites and verify employee/visitor identifications.
• Monitor CCTV and respond to emergencies and incidents.
• Provide customer service and act professionally with clients and co-workers.
