Job summary

Securitas US Business Unit in Boise, ID is seeking a Mobile Operations Manager to oversee security services for multiple clients and lead a team of security personnel across assigned routes.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. The role includes scheduling, payroll processing, training support, and other branch‑level administrative duties.

Qualifications

• 2 years prior Security experience.
• 2 years prior management experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in basic computer and technology use.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and segment of guarding operations at multiple sites.
• Meet with line management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address issues.
• Ensure service expectations are met through regular contact with clients.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Maintain payroll records and other employee and business information.
• Communicate and coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, record keeping, and related matters.
