Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years prior Security experience required.
• 2 years prior management experience required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and segment of guarding operations at multiple sites.
• Meet with line management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address issues.
• Ensure service expectations are met through regular contact with clients.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of high-caliber staff.
• Maintain payroll records and review client and company reports for accuracy and timeliness.
• Communicate and coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and related matters to ensure smooth delivery of services.
