Securitas USA is seeking a Mobile Operations Manager in Boise to lead security teams across multiple sites. You will coach and develop personnel, manage scheduling and payroll, and support training and invoicing within branch operations.

The role emphasizes client communication, high service standards, and the ability to juggle priorities in a fast-paced environment while building strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience leading and developing security teams and providing coaching.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for client relations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced security environment.
• Scheduling, payroll processing, site training, invoicing and billing experience.
• Proficient with basic computer and technology use.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security services for multiple clients throughout the Boise area.
• Provide leadership, coaching and mentorship to Security Personnel.
• Assist with scheduling, payroll processing, site training, invoicing and billing.
• Monitor client needs, respond to requests and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ensure service delivery meets expectations through regular client contact.
• Coordinate with management to develop and retain high-caliber staff.
