Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is required per policy.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, background checks will be conducted as per laws.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply per state/local laws.
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor activity in line with access-control procedures.
• Document patrol activities, incidents, and unusual conditions and communicate to site management or responders.
