Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Guard card or security license preferred.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required per laws.
• Criminal histories may be considered.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply before employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service while carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report findings clearly.
• Conduct routine site rounds and perimeter checks.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor/employee/vehicle access.
• Prepare accurate incident and site-round reports.
