Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Indianapolis, IN to safeguard clients across Retail/Malls and other settings. The role requires a valid driver’s license and emphasizes exceptional customer service while enforcing site policies.

The position is full-time with a pay rate of $15.00 per hour, offering day and night shifts and a focus on safety, responsiveness, and a proactive security presence within a dynamic workplace.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, vendors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout retail sales areas, receiving and loading locations, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as directed by site procedures, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Assist with loss prevention awareness by observing for suspicious activity, maintaining a professional presence, and reporting concerns in accordance with site-specific procedures.
