Job summary

Sun Com Mobile, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Consultant to deliver high quality sales and exceed company benchmarks. You will drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories per management guidance while adhering to store policies and protecting assets.

You will act as a role model, assist new hires and peers, and perform other duties as assigned by management. This is a full-time, in-person role with opportunities to develop in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Spanish language ability preferred.
• High school or equivalent education required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics.
• Drive sales of handsets, rate plans, features and accessories per management guidance.
• Follow policies and procedures, and maintain store assets.
• Assist new hires and peers as a role model and provide coaching as needed.
• Perform other work-related tasks as assigned by management.
