Job summary

2020 Mobile Corp is hiring Retail Mobile Sales Associates in an onsite role. No wireless experience is required as training is provided from day one. You’ll help customers choose plans, phones, and accessories with a friendly, service-first approach.

You’ll stay informed on devices, pricing, and promotions, work toward sales goals, and support local events while delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience.
• Basic computer and mobile phone use.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Create positive customer experiences with a service-first approach.
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions.
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones.
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions; upsell when appropriate.
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in local marketing and special events.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business.
• Use sales systems and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers.
• Take on additional tasks or projects as needed.
