Job summary

2020 Mobile Corp is hiring for a Mobile Sales Associate in an onsite retail environment. You will help customers select plans, phones, and accessories while delivering friendly, service-first assistance. Training is provided, with opportunities to meet sales targets and participate in local events.

The role emphasizes teamwork, staying current on pricing and promotions, and driving daily results. This is a dynamic store setting with growth potential and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience.
• Basic experience using computers and mobile phones.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach.
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that fit.
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones.
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!).
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in local marketing and special events.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business.
• Use sales systems and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers.
• Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed.
