Job summary

2020 Mobile Corp is seeking outgoing Retail Mobile Sales Associates to join ourBoost Mobile retailer team. You’ll be the face of the store, helping customers choose plans, phones, and accessories while delivering a friendly, service‑first experience.

No wireless experience? We train you from day one. You’ll work onsite, 18+, with 6+ months of customer service or retail sales, and you may benefit from a base pay of $15.15–$15.50 per hour DOE, plus medical/dental/vision and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• 6+ months of customer service and/or retail sales experience.
• Basic experience using computers and mobile phones.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Spanish bilingual skills preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Create awesome customer experiences with a friendly, service-first approach.
• Talk tech, explain plans, and recommend solutions that make sense.
• Help bring in new customers and build relationships with returning ones.
• Stay up to date on phones, pricing, and promotions (and upsell when it fits!).
• Answer store phone calls and customer questions.
• Work toward daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Participate in local marketing and special events.
• Keep the store clean, organized, and ready for business.
• Use sales systems and follow company policies.
• Collaborate with teammates and managers.
• Jump in on additional tasks or projects as needed.
