Job summary

T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates for National Sales partner locations to engage customers and demonstrate the value of wireless solutions. You will use digital tools to educate customers, identify needs, and guide them through onboarding and self-serve options.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with customers in a high-traffic retail environment and educate them on T-Mobile solutions.
• Demonstrate value of products/services using solution-based selling and digital tools.
• Complete training on in-store experience, updates, and systems; maintain customer-ready status.
• Build rapport and loyalty with customers; follow up, capture referrals, and manage Be Back processes.
• Collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers and support account setup.
