Job summary

T-Mobile is seeking a Mobile Associate to join our Retail Team of Experts. You’ll learn our brand, assist customers in choosing devices and plans, and deliver a world-class shopping experience in-store and online.

As a learning role, you’ll complete new-employee training and grow toward the Mobile Expert role with a path that includes coaching, coaching, and ongoing product education along with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to our customers, while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty.
• Exploring individual needs and providing hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store.
• Side‑by‑side selling to find personalized solutions beyond the device and service plan.
• Approaching service and sales needs with composure, integrity and compassion.
• Establishes relationships with and partners with T-Mobile employees across channels to resolve issues and identify leads.
