T-Mobile is hiring Mobile Associates to join our Retail Team of Experts. You will learn and develop in a fast-paced, in-store environment, helping customers pick devices and services while building brand loyalty.

As a learning role, you’ll receive training and grow toward Mobile Expert. A strong emphasis on customer needs, demonstrations, and completing training is expected, with benefits including stock grants and strong total rewards.

Formación

• 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred. Required
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
