Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Proactively engages customers in a highly-traffic retail environment using digital tools.
• Use solution-based selling to demonstrate value of T-Mobile products and services.
• Complete training on in-store experience, products, processes, and systems; stay customer-ready at all times.
• Be customer-obsessed, build rapport, follow up with customers, and drive sales activity.
• Collaborate with nearby store locations to onboard customers and support operations.
