You will complete new-employee training and progress toward Mobile Expert through hands-on learning and teamwork. Compensation includes an hourly base with training pay, an annual incentive target, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service or sales experience, retail preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class customer experience and build loyalty through in-store interactions.
• Demonstrate and educate customers on devices and services, uncover needs.
• Collaborate with team to resolve issues and hand off small business leads.
