Qualifications

• Manage and administer the delivery of American Red Cross services to military members, veterans, and their families in accordance with policies.
• Support delivery of International Services programs and services.
• Provide leadership and guidance to volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the face of the Red Cross at the assigned location.
• Builds relationships with military leadership, external partners, and community leaders.
• Cultivates partnerships with government, corporate and nonprofit organizations to advance the Red Cross mission.
• Recruits and trains leadership volunteers for SAF/IS programs and services.
• Manages the Volunteer Connection Platform to recruit, train, and recognize volunteers.
• Oversees service delivery to military facilities and VA hospitals through programs and services.
• Coordinates outreach activities, meetings, briefings, and workshops.
• Leads a strong military community outreach program and events in support of SAF/IS initiatives.
