Job summary

The American Red Cross is seeking a Mobile SAF-IS Regional Program Specialist to support the Service to Armed Forces and International Services Division. You will manage service delivery, relationships with military leaders, and volunteer programs to meet community needs.

You will lead coordination with facilities, health services, and external partners, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Travel may be involved and a strong customer-service mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or public administration, HR management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field; or related equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of related program management experience.
• Strong computer, public speaking and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage delivery of Red Cross services to military members, veterans and families.
• Support International Services programs and volunteer leadership guidance.
• Develop outreach with military leadership and community partners.
• Oversee volunteer engagement and supervision for SAF/IS programs.
