Job summary

Bish’s RV, Inc. is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to travel to customers and diagnose and repair RV units. Ideal candidates bring hands-on repair experience across mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, or general contracting and are comfortable with travel.

Training and certifications are provided on the job. The role involves testing components, diagnosing RV systems, and performing warranty repairs per manufacturer specs, while maintaining a professional appearance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on repair experience across multiple trades (mechanical/plumbing/HVAC/electrical/maintenance).
• 3–5 years in a technical field is a plus.
• Must have own set of personal tools.
• Must be able to stand, stoop, crawl, and bend for long periods.
• Must be able to lift 25–50 lbs with assistive device.
• Must be able to work in heat, cold, dust and loud noises.
• Maintain neat, clean, and professional appearance.
• Demonstrate positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance to dealership standards
• Test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair RV systems
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors so customers can stay up to date
• Provide time estimates for repairs
• Execute warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications
• Provide orientation warranty walk-throughs with customer who have purchased an RV
